- Source Energy Collective is not responsible for the actions, guidance, advice, statements, services, or outcomes provided by any individual practitioner.
- All communication, agreements, sessions, and transactions are solely between you (the client) and the practitioner you choose to work with.
6) BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Policies regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and refunds are set by each individual practitioner and may differ.
You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the selected practitioner’s policies before booking.
7) CONFIDENTIALITY & LIMITATIONS
Practitioners may treat session content as private; however, confidentiality is not guaranteed and may be limited by:
- the practitioner’s individual policies,
- technological limitations of email/online platforms,
- and any legal obligations that may apply to the practitioner.
Please confirm confidentiality expectations directly with your chosen practitioner.
8) AGE ELIGIBILITY
The Services are intended for adults (18+).
If Services are offered to minors, they must be booked and attended with written consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, unless prohibited or otherwise required by applicable law. Individual practitioners may set stricter age policies.
